Yes. You can remove a licence from one user and activate it on another, making it easy to reassign licences when your team changes.

To prevent licences from being repeatedly moved between accounts, a licence can only be deactivated from the same user 3 times within a 30-day period.

Yes. You can change the number of user licences on your subscription whenever you need to. New licences are available immediately, while removed licences remain active until the end of their current billing period.

Your account will be permanently closed once all user licences have been cancelled. Before we remove your account from our systems, we will contact you to confirm that you intend to permanently close your account.

If you permanently close your Quick Docket account, we can provide you with a full copy of your data. Once we have confirmed that you have safely received your data, it will be permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days.
